You are not alone in this experience. These feelings are often the remnants of past and present experiences that continue to shape the nervous system and mind. From this perspective, your responses are not signs that something is wrong with you, but intelligent adaptations — ways your system learned to survive and stay safe.
My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (IFS) and supported by EMDR, somatic, and compassion-focused approaches within a trauma-informed, neuro-affirming framework. Together, we move at your pace, listening before trying to change anything. By gently getting to know the different parts of you, space can open for greater clarity, ease, and self-compassion, allowing healing to unfold in a way that feels respectful and lasting.
